RTECS®

The RTECS database was built and maintained by National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 1971 through January 2001. Accelrys currently produces RTECS using criteria and rules established by NIOSH. The RTECS file is distributed to CCOHS through a licensee agreement established between MDL Information Systems (now Accelrys) and the United States Government. "RTECS®" is a US trademark owned and licensed under the authority of the US Government.

DSL/NDSL

This electronic version is maintained and updated by CCOHS and is provided as reference. The official version is published in the Canada Gazette, the official news bulletin of the Government of Canada and is the final authority and protected by copyright. The French version of this database is LI/EDS.
